Assemble your team
A guide to setting up and managing teams in mybizz
There is no "I" in team, but there are two in mybizz, so please read further to learn how you can empower your team with mybizz.
Just a heads up, if you're on the individual plan, you might want to skip this one or stay and check out all the incredible features available if you upgrade.
To start the journey with your team, go to the team page by clicking the settings button in the bottom left corner and selecting "Teams."
And now you are looking at the landscape of teams, quite barren at the moment, but don't worry, once you are done with this guide, you will have the tools to dig the well and grow your own team landscape.
To begin this journey, please press the plus "+" icon.
First things first, christen your crew with a name that screams their superpower. Are they the Marketing Marvels? Or perhaps the Sales Squad with a license to thrill?
Please add a team logo to make the team overview colorful and full of sparkles, or just to make it easier for you to differentiate between the teams.
Avengers assemble!
Now it's time to add your members to the team!
To add a team member, simply enter their name in the field under either "Editors" or "Members." Select the individuals from the dropdown, and voilà, they are now part of the team! If someone is missing, please go to "users" and check that you have added them to mybizz and they have accepted your invitation to mybizz.
Please note that an editor can edit the team and can add or remove members and data sources to the team.
Once you've wrangled all your team members into the fold, it's time to play data source matchmaker.
Click on the "data source" field, and if you've already danced this dance, feel free to waltz on by.
A list of the available data sources will pop up, ready for you to pick which ones your team can wield with mybizz or flaunt on their dashboards.
If you cannot see the data source you need for your superheroes, please type to search the available data source from mybizz or check that you have connected that data source under "Settings" -> "Data."
Once everything's in place, hit "create" and watch your team come together like a superhero squad at a comic book convention!
Now you and your team are ready to go out there and crunch the data with the help of mybizz!
